Our estimating process is extensive and can take one to two months to complete.
This includes:
• Material takeoffs to determine precise quantities and costs
• On-site measurements to ensure accuracy
• Studying architectural prints and plans to fully understand the space and specifications
• One or more site visits as needed to refine details and confirm measurements
• An average of 3+ vendor bids for each line item, giving you competitive pricing and quality assurance
We present our estimates in a line-item format, showing our selected bid for each aspect of the project. At the bottom of the estimate, we clearly outline our construction fee percentage and builder’s insurance percentage, ensuring full transparency in pricing.
Due to the complexity and VALUE OF THIS SERVICE, we charge a fee for detailed estimates:
• Small Projects (e.g., single bathroom or kitchen remodels): $500
• Extensive Renovations (e.g., full home remodels, major additions): $1,500
• New Home Construction: $5,000
