Our Custom Spec Home Development in the Carolinas

The following custom homes were built by us through our luxury residential construction and development company, located in North and South Carolina. In addition to constructing these residences, we financed and developed a luxury subdivision of custom spec homes, serving as both builder and developer. This development featured a selection of unique designs and floor plans, each approximately 5,600 square feet.

This experience reflects our ability to not only execute high-quality custom home construction, but to lead and deliver residential projects from initial concept and investment through final completion and sale.

Following a market shift, Burt Hayes transitioned from his own development company into senior construction leadership roles, where he was recruited to oversee high-end residential projects for premier builders in markets including Alys Beach and Naples.
