This financing option is for current homeowners investing in their existing property. Qualified homeowners may use a home equity loan or home equity line of credit to finance the build, without needing the entire project budget in savings.
No Down Payment Option
With sufficient available equity and lender approval, financing may cover the full approved project cost without a separate down payment. Eligible closing costs may also be included in your loan amount. Your financing options and monthly payment will depend on your credit, available equity, income, and amount financed.
